All orders are shipped via Canada Post and UPS. We will ship your order within three business days (often sooner!). If an item is out of stock or if there is a question about your order, we will contact you via email and/or telephone. Please note that, unfortunately, Feather Your Nest cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive. International orders may be subject to customs and other fees.

For delivery within Canada:

Orders within Canada are sent Expedited Parcel; they are trackable and insured up to $100.

For delivery to the Continental US:

Orders to the US are sent First Class International; they are trackable or insured up to $100. 

For International delivery to other countries:

We do ship worldwide. Rates and tracking policies are dependant on destination of shipment.

Sales taxes are based on the shipping address of your order within Canada. Sales taxes are not applied to US and other international orders.

We have made every effort to present yarn colours as accurately as possible. Due to variations in dye lots and because computer monitors display colour differently, there may be some inconsistencies.

Mistakes happen. Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time (including after you have submitted your order).
